Type B sintered mesh
This type of mesh is sintered together by many layers of plain-woven square mesh. Due to the large opening coefficient, the sintered mesh has good permeability, low resistance but high flow. It is mainly used for air and liquid filtration. It can be made according to the customer's request because each mesh layer is alternative.
Material
The standard materials are SS304, SS316, SS316L. Special alloy steel Hastelloy,Monel,Inconel are acceptable based on customer requirements.
Size
Standard sizes: 500x1000mm, 600x1200mm and 1000x1000mm, 1200x1200mm. Any size within the above range could be made according to customer's request.
