FY01 Polypropylene Needled Felt Filter Bag
FY01 PP filter bag is made from needled filter cloth. The felt surface is treated by singeing and calendering to reduce the risk of the fiber shedding .
FY02 Polypropylene Melt Blown Filter Bag
FY02 PP melt blown filter bag is made from random laid long fiber melt blown non-woven felt. It has indepth filtration structure and high dirt holding capacity.
FY03 Polyamide (Nylon) Filter Bag
FY03 polyamide (Nylon) filter bag is made from nylon monofilament weaving fabric. It is suitable for filtration of rigid larger solid.
FY04 PTFE Coated Filter Bag
FY04 filter bag has a smooth and corrosion resistant membrane made by PTFE coating on the base fabric. It has so low surface energy that the impurity is hard to stick on the filter bag surface. This avoids the blockage of the filter bag and reduces the cleaning times. PTFE filter bag also has excellent temperature resistance and can continuously work at high temperature conditions.
FY05 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Filter Bag
FY05 stainless steel wire mesh filter bag uses the stainless steel (SS304/ SS316L) wire mesh and stainless steel / galvanized steel opening ring. It has high strength and is not easily be deformed.
The wire mesh surface is smooth and easy to clean. It can be reused and is the preference for high solid content, high temperature and rigid particles filtration.FY06 Stainless Steel Sintered Metal Fiber Felt Filter Bag
FY06 stainless steel filter bag is made from sintered metal fiber felt produced by fiber laiding and vacuum sintering.
It can work continuously at high temperature. The high filter rating efficiency for dedusting can reach 99.86%. It is widely used for high temperature dedusting of cement, glass, ceramic, chemical production and other industries.
