★ CPLD capsule filter is suitable for small flow rate filtration (such as pharmaceutical, inkjet and specific industry, the waste of liquid is minor),
★ High purity solution filtration ( melt sealed and self-contained, no binder, no influence from the surroundings)
★ High polluted solution filtration (no leakage risk, one time use and disposable as solid waste).

Max working temperature: <60 ℃
Sterilization: Three cycle offline steam 123℃/ 30 min, not capable of online steam
Capsule Filter
Ideal combination of the filter housing and filter element, ready-to use.
Membrane Disc Filter
Membrane disc filter is made from PP/ PTFE injection molding cage and relative/ absolute rating membrane disc.
Membrane disc filter has better pressure resistance per unit surface area. It has better flow flux performance and the differential pressure rise is slow.
Stepped barb fitting adapter can be used with hose of 7 to 13 mm inner diameter.
