Type A sintered mesh
This is a standard combination of 5 layer sintered wire mesh that has the widest application. Five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh are combined, and then sintered together through being vacuum sintered, compressed, and calendared, forming a porous product.
Specifications
★A wide range of filter ratings has a steady filter rating from 1 micron to 100 microns.
★Stable filtration level Due to the two protective layers, the mesh of the filter layer is not easy to deform.
★High mechanical strength Due to the support of the fourth and fifth layers, it has higher pressure resistance and mechanical strength.
★Easy to wash Very easy to wash, especially reverse washing, due to the adoption of a surface layer of filter material. Heat resistance can withstand heating up to 400°C..
★Corrosion resistance has the property of anti-corrosion protection as a result of using SS316L material.Traceability
It is suitable for many kinds of processing, such as cutting, bending, stamping, stretching, welding and so on.
Material
The standard materials are SS304, SS316, SS316L. Special alloy steel Hastelloy, monel, inconel are acceptable based on customer requirements.
